Work with Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, HIM teams
Handle maintenance, build support, incidents, and project tasks

Required

Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certification
Epic HB Claims and Remittances Certification
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Epic Billing Analyst supporting revenue cycle workflow build, customization, and maintenance
Experience working directly with end-user revenue cycle teams to define and develop requested solutions
Experience and comfortability working incoming tickets from user teams

Preferred

Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification
Slicer Dicer experience
Hospital at Home experience
Community Connect experience
Coding Background and or Certifications (CPC, RHIT, CPT)
