Responsibilities
Partner with computational biology and translational medicine teams to analyze clinical datasets and address key scientific questions
Design and implement analytical frameworks to integrate multi-modal data types, uncovering insights into disease mechanisms and therapeutic pathways
Translate sophisticated computational findings into clear, digestible insights for medical affairs stakeholders and peer-reviewed publications
Maintain comprehensive documentation of analytical workflows, code, and research findings
Apply both established and innovative computational methodologies to patient-derived biomarker and clinical data
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or closely related discipline
3-4 years of hands-on experience analyzing large-scale genomic datasets including: Bulk RNA sequencing and whole exome sequencing (WES), Single-cell RNA-seq data, Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), Clinical trial and real-world evidence data
Advanced proficiency in multivariate statistical methods
Experience with multimodal data integration approaches
Demonstrated ability in predictive/prognostic modeling, including survival analysis (e.g., Kaplan-Meier methods)
Strong programming skills in R and shell scripting
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and high-performance computing environments
