Responsibilities
Support the rollout of the PTP modules in ERP Cloud and SAP Concur
Assist the Functional Solutions – PTP Lead by managing Finance solutions and tools, transactional and reporting functions, interfaces, testing, and associated communications or training support
Collaborate with key business, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and IT partners to understand, document, and leverage requirements for successful solution deployment
Improve system integration between solutions by partnering with Finance collaborators, the Tech Solution Lead, and 3rd party vendors
Work closely with the Finance Reporting and analytics team to develop and improve reporting/analytics capabilities
Ensure data integrity by supporting the resolution of data errors and problems
Qualification
Required
BA in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience
Proven ability to understand and translate Finance and business requirements for the PTP process into prioritized, actionable solutions
Strong communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to work effectively with management both within and outside of Finance
Proven capability to build and sustain solid business connections
Knowledge of and practical experience in ERP Cloud and Concur solutions is beneficial
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated project management experience, with the capability to balance multiple initiatives and project schedules, and prioritize duties
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies through instruction and self-training
