They are seeking a Merchandise & Sample Coordinator to manage the entire sample process, maintain seasonal data, and prepare market materials while interfacing with various business areas.

Responsibilities
Manage entire sample process- ordering, tracking, and organizing all sample related shipments
Responsible for uploading all seasonal data to sales/dropship platforms including Nuorder, Envoy, Syndic8
Complete templates and style maintenance related to DROP SHIP programs
Manage all PDP/High-Res Image tracking
Manages account and licensor requests and sample process from pre-production through delivery creating organized sample logs/trackers
Prepares market materials including but not limited to line sheets, close out sheets, and other account specific decks
Maintains and organizes showroom and sample storage
Ad Hoc projects including not limited to marketing, competition shopping, product knowledge, and production assistance; opportunity to interface with ALL aspects and areas of business including design, production, warehouse, marketing, etc
Tradeshow Prep - packing samples, coordinating visuals and other needs
Qualification
Required
College Degree (preferably with a fashion/business background)
“Can-Do” attitude, people person, organized, efficient and creative problem solver, self-starter, and someone who takes ownership and is willing to own projects with consistent follow-through. No job too big or too small
Must be professional and polished, with a strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor
Fast and eager learner, who is also organized and highly detailed-oriented
Proven ability to thrive and multi-task in a flexible, highly energetic and fast-paced work environment
Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
Strong working command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred
1-2 years of sample coordinating/sales/merchandising/wholesale experience - NOT required but preferred
