Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial and technology agreements
Redline contracts and provide clear, business-focused legal guidance
Support internal stakeholders on transactional matters and deal execution
Identify and manage legal risk while enabling business objectives
Handle multiple agreements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
JD with strong alignment to commercial and technology transactions
Proven experience reviewing and negotiating technology-related contracts
Ability to independently manage transactional work end-to-end
Strong redlining skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Availability to start immediately and commit for the full contract duration
Preferred
Prior in-house or large enterprise experience
Exposure to government, regulated, or public-sector-related work
Experience supporting growing or evolving legal teams
Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and shifting priorities
