3+ years expADN Group is seeking a Field Representative II - MS Onsite Technical Support to support daily print, mailroom, and production operations at a client site. This role involves operating high-end print and inserter equipment, mail processing, quality control, and general onsite support.

Responsibilities
Sort incoming and outgoing mail
Perform envelope stuffing and operate inserter machines daily
Operate copiers, printers, bindery, and fulfillment equipment
Prepare, inspect, assemble, and quality-check print and mail projects
Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality, error-free output
Operate and calibrate office and high-end print equipment
Clear paper jams, refill toner, replace machine oil, and perform basic maintenance
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
Transfer electronic files from the network to print equipment
Monitor machine performance and report issues using machine codes
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment parts
Deliver excellent customer service to onsite clients
Support conference rooms, AV services, and convenience copier fleets as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Follow Ricoh Service Excellence performance standards
Accurately complete required reports and documentation
Frequent standing and walking; fast-paced movement around machinery
Regular lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs (paper cases)
Moderate dexterity and hand-eye coordination required
Office and production environment with normal noise levels
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Experience in print production, mailroom operations, or technical equipment support
Strong customer service skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working with inserter and print production machines
Preferred
5 years of related experience
