Responsibilities
Own and lead end-to-end business process design, implementation, testing, and optimization
Align processes with enterprise strategy, customer experience vision, and dependent workflows
Define and monitor KPIs, control limits, risks, and compliance controls
Drive continuous improvement using data, analytics, and emerging technologies
Lead business cases and requirements for process improvement initiatives
Ensure strong stakeholder alignment through proactive communication
Mentor team members and support cross-functional partners
Manage operational, regulatory, and compliance risks tied to owned processes

Experience with quality management, change management, and problem-solving tools
Strong data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement skills
