Senior LevelMAASco Tech LLC is seeking a Senior Application Security Architect to support enterprise‑wide application security initiatives. The role involves leading security architecture, evaluating security controls, and collaborating with leadership to drive security initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities
Acts as a strategic partner, currently covering responsibilities for the Director while collaborating closely with leadership
Responsible for security architecture, tooling research, evaluation, and enterprise rollouts, rather than day‑to‑day penetration testing
Brings deep knowledge of application security testing, threat modeling, and security requirements definition
Leads evaluation and implementation of security controls, with a strong emphasis on cloud security tooling
Drives enterprise‑wide architecture review processes, including creating standards, guidelines, and review workflows that integrate with development teams
Must be comfortable prioritizing initiatives, driving change with developers, and operationalizing security controls at scale
Experience working in large enterprise environments is essential
Required expertise includes cloud security, application security architecture, and security tooling evaluation
Will guide penetration testing efforts by delegating and coordinating testing, rather than executing most testing directly
