Responsibilities
Maintain account level and security level data to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Assist with the automation of reports through testing our internal software application WOMBATTM and utilizing industry applications like Tableau
Review portfolio compliance relative to investment guidelines for each account
Support the monthly client reporting process
Support the daily account reconciliation process
Provide support to portfolio managers and analysts as needed
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of experience in the investment or IT industry
Possession of bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data analytics or information systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with Tableau, Python or SQL is strongly preferred
