Responsibilities
Engagement Management & Results Ownership: You are prepared to answer for the results of your engagements. You promote the mission and show the way to achieve it. You structure work streams, manage timelines and scope, and ensure the team is driving value for the client without burning out
Strategic Storytelling: You will take raw data and operational realities and weave them into compelling narratives that drive executive action. You demonstrate analytical & creative solution structuring to develop non-obvious insights that aid in client problem discovery and resolution
Data Analysis & Synthesis: You will go beyond surface-level observations. You are expected to examine data, draw conclusions, and solve problems using quantitative synthesis and operational analysis to back up your recommendations
Versatile Content & Resource Development: You are a builder of diverse assets, not just a deck-maker. Whether it is crafting a high-stakes PowerPoint, designing a field training guide, writing a keynote script, or outlining a podcast episode, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and produce high-quality materials across multiple mediums to make sure our insights reach the right audiences in the right ways
Client & Stakeholder Management: You act as a trusted partner. You proactively anticipate client needs and handle sensitive interpersonal situations with tact

Preferred
Background: A background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-performance professional environment is strongly preferred. However, we hire humans, not resumes. We are open to outliers, individuals who may have a non-traditional path but possess exceptional intellectual horsepower, have exhibited elite performance (academic, professional or otherwise), and have a history demonstrating an uncommon amount of grit and perseverance
The Toolkit: We have a strong preference for those with elite proficiency in Excel (complex modeling, not just data entry) and PowerPoint (narrative architecture and visual polish). You will be expected to both review work and be capable of being the fastest builder in the room when the deadline demands it
