They are seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, guide clients through fixture selections, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts and cultivate new client relationships
Guide homeowners and designers through fixture selections in the Showroom
Create detailed quotes for plumbing and hardware packages
Coordinate orders, lead times, and project timelines with internal teams and effectively communicate to clients
Provide exceptional customer service from selection through delivery
Maintain organized job notes, selections, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Sales or customer service experience (showroom, construction, design, or related industry preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Professional, personable, and solution-oriented
Preferred
Experience with Excel / Microsoft programs, and ERP software is a plus (Netsuite specifically)
