$22/hr - $22/hrBY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services to children ages 2-21. The role involves delivering direct therapy, maintaining records, and implementing treatment plans in various environments under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy to children and young adults with autism consistent with the treatment plan under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week
Collect and maintain accurate records of client performance through data collection and insurance notes in an online data collection platform
Ensure billing for all appointments through online platform session conversion within a specified period
Implementation of treatment plans across multiple environments, including center, home, and community
Travel to the client's home and community required
Toilet training and diaper changing may be required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Must be 18 years of age by date of hire
Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes and our clinics
High interest and willingness to learn about, understand and work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Proficiency in applications, games and web-based technology via an iPad and Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel and Outlook
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
Preferred
Completion of RBT eligibility requirements and pass the RBT certification examination
Bachelor's degree and/or enrolled in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field
