Director, Technology People Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

Shape long-term people strategies aligned to Technology and enterprise priorities
Serve as an internal human capital consultant, conducting organizational assessments and advising on workforce design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy
Lead strategic planning for the Technology People Team, including OKRs, multi‑year priorities, and execution roadmaps
Bring external insight on HR innovation, future‑of‑work trends, organizational effectiveness, and workforce architecture
Build advanced data‑driven insights using analytics, dashboards, forecasting, and GenAI‑powered tools
Report key people metrics, trends, and progress to executive audiences, including for operational reviews and board/regulatory updates
Convert complex data into clear recommendations and action plans
Leverage GenAI to streamline processes, elevate insights, and improve decision-making
Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives with clear outcomes and measurable impact
Drive process and operating model improvements across Technology
Manage leadership meetings, including agenda design, content development, facilitation, and follow-up
Lead special projects such as promotion process modernization, early‑career strategy, talent supply/demand modeling, and recruiting efficiencies
Support Technology workforce planning and partner with Business Planning on headcount, structure, and capability needs
Monitor organizational health, attrition, and workforce trends, diagnose root causes and recommend interventions
Continuously evaluate HR programs to ensure impact, effectiveness, and alignment to business needs

Required

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
