Responsibilities
Service and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts including property, general liability, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and umbrella policies
Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
Assist clients with billing questions, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and coverage explanations
Prepare certificates, evidence of insurance, and other policy documentation as requested
Support clients throughout the claims process and serve as an advocate with carriers when needed
Prepare renewal proposals and assist in quoting new and renewal business
Maintain compliance with all Tennessee insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures
Document all client interactions thoroughly within the agency management system
Build and maintain long-term relationships that support client satisfaction and account retention
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams
Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
Preferred
Prior experience in commercial lines insurance strongly preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
