Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain data related to demand, inventory, procurement, logistics, and distribution
Track and report key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, service levels, and supplier performance
Support demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization initiatives
Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis
Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-backed process improvements
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for operations and leadership teams
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across supply chain systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, operations, and finance
Document processes, methodologies, and standard operating procedures
Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a US-accredited institution
0–1 year of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or related roles (internships, co-ops, or academic projects count)
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Legally authorized to work in the United States (OPT and STEM OPT candidates welcome)
Preferred
Internship, co-op, or project experience in supply chain or operations
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
Understanding of US supply chain and logistics practices
