Responsibilities
Support the company culture that ensures radical customer service and high performance is the focus of all activities
Deliver outstanding customer service by surpassing our customer's everyday expectations
Assess customer’s needs to provide assistance and information on product features
Support an environment that places the needs of the customer before any task-oriented job responsibilities
Work as a team with co-workers to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience throughout the entire store
Maintain store appearance by adequately stocking and performing general housekeeping
Continual training on products offered in order to become an expert associate. Gather and provide feedback to the Department Manager on new product requests to meet customer needs
Comply with inventory control procedures
Knowledgeable of and adherence to all store safety procedures
Peer-to-Peer Accountability. Serve co-workers and be willing to have courageous conversations as needed for each other’s individual development and growth

Qualification
Required
High school degree/equivalent or more
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
3 to 4-day work week with primarily 6 to 8-hour shifts
3-4 Saturday shifts per month with at least one Saturday off per month excluding key dates and December
Stand/Walk for long periods
Use of hands for firm grasping—frequent use of finger dexterity
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to talk, hear, and communicate clearly with co-workers and customers
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Preferred
Proven work experience as a retail sales associate, sales representative, or similar role preferred
