Responsibilities
Video Production: Capture high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to advertisements, social media videos, tutorials, testimonials, and event coverage
Editing & Post-production: Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating graphics, sound, and special effects to align with the brand’s messaging and visual style
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, creative directors, and designers to understand project goals, target audience, and content strategy
Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and messaging
Content Planning: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for video campaigns
Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and setup of all video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
Storytelling: Create compelling narratives that resonate with the audience and align with marketing objectives
Social Media Optimization: Edit videos for specific platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, optimizing for each platform’s requirements
Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in video production, especially within marketing or branding
Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Excellent understanding of video production techniques, lighting, sound, and composition
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with social media platforms and understanding of how video content performs across different channels
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and incorporate feedback
Preferred
Experience with drone videography or 360-degree video production
Knowledge of SEO for video content and video marketing strategies
Ability to shoot and edit in different formats (e.g., vertical, square, 4K, etc.)
