Apply mortgage payments received through various channels including ACH wires lockbox manual and online payments
Resolve account research questions and manage returned item reversals
Process loan term changes payoff requests and default related transactions such as bankruptcies and foreclosure payments
Complete daily balancing and reconciliation of all cash activity
Prepare wires and handle incoming mail and daily reports
Perform loan maintenance including due date changes ACH enrollments extensions and address updates
Support additional team tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
One to three years of experience in mortgage servicing
Strong cash handling experience involving real funds and daily balancing
Strong accuracy communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite and thrive in a fast paced environment
