Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support by preparing and filing correspondence, forms and reports, and tracking deadlines
Assist in preparing source documentation for new hires, personnel and payroll and benefits changes
Process personnel, payroll and benefits changes in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure accurate and timely data entry to HR and Payroll systems
Reconcile all monthly invoices as assigned
Establish, maintain and control correspondence, reports and documentation related to payroll and benefits
Assist in managing sensitive and confidential personnel and payroll matters and organizational changes, protecting the security of information, data and files
Respond to various requests from management and staff in a courteous and timely manner
Assist with accurate and timely scanning of HR and Payroll and Benefits documentation to electronic storage
Process and reconcile Time and Attendance records, as directed
Create custom reports through ADP
Qualification
Required
High School degree or equivalent & 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting setting OR
Associate's degree in HR Management, Business Management, Accounting or other business related field
Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Management, Accounting or other business related field
Knowledge and experience with KRS (Kentucky Retirement Systems) reporting
Experience working with ADP Workforce Now
