Responsibilities
Drive the best practices of Okta, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and application configuration and support
Analyze business use cases and requirements to design and implement Okta-based solutions
Design, develop, and support Okta integrations across multiple business functions and applications
Configure and manage Okta to deliver enterprise SSO and MFA services for internal and external applications
Evaluate integration opportunities from a technical perspective and recommend scalable, secure solutions
Follow SDLC and change management processes, including documentation of Okta configurations and procedures
Identify, track, and resolve technical issues related to access management and identity services
Partner with application teams throughout the SDLC, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of Okta integrations
Demonstrate proficiency with Okta components including Access Gateway, SSO, Adaptive MFA, and Universal Directory
Establish and maintain repeatable, standardized access management processes using Okta
Provide technical support to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs)
Contribute to departmental planning and identity/access management strategy initiatives
Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as all applicable state and federal laws, company policies, and procedures
Perform other tasks as necessary to support and achieve business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
5+ years of experience implementing, integrating, and supporting Okta cloud technologies
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory integrations
Strong experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Okta
Proven experience delivering end-to-end Okta solution deployments, from planning through operations
Experience with Okta planning, implementation, administration, and ongoing support
Expertise integrating Okta with enterprise directories, including Active Directory and Azure AD
Working knowledge of authentication and authorization standards, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and header-based authentication
Understanding of web services and APIs, including REST and SOAP
Familiarity with SCIM provisioning and common API authentication methods
Experience training and supporting users or teams on Okta SaaS products, including MFA capabilities
Proficiency with Okta components such as Access Gateway, Universal Directory, SSO, and Adaptive MFA
Willingness to travel as needed to support client projects and corporate responsibilities
