Client Services Associate

Responsibilities
Pick up, deliver, and handle parcels and packages (regularly up to 45 lbs; carts up to 60 lbs), including confidential and time-sensitive materials
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and inventory; ensure quality control and compliance
Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and flexibility in a high-volume environment
Support mailroom, copy/print, and other business services; cross-train and assist team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
At least 1 year of customer service or related experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 40–45 lbs, push/pull carts up to 60 lbs, and stand/walk for long periods
Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, MFD equipment)
Must pass client-specific background screening
