Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders across multiple e‑commerce platforms
Utilize Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central for order entry, tracking, and issue resolution
Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment
Communicate with internal teams to resolve inventory, shipping, or order discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with product listings, updates, and platform‑related tasks as needed
Support general operations within the department to ensure workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Previous experience using Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central is required
Experience in order processing, e‑commerce operations, or related administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
