This remote position is essential for enhancing and expanding their Workday platform, requiring collaboration with HR, IT, and Payroll to improve decision-making and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Provide daily support for Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits—with a focus on reporting and integration capabilities
Build custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields using Workday Report Writer
Translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations and enhancements
Prepare testing strategies, write test scripts, and conduct system testing
Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable metrics
Manage and monitor vendor interfaces and integration touchpoints, resolving issues proactively
Maintain and clone integrations; execute EIB mass data loads
Analyze large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity
Provide support for ad hoc reporting and strategic data requests from leadership
Support training efforts and create documentation for system processes and changes

Required

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations, dashboards, and reporting
Deep understanding of Workday data structures, business processes, and best practices
Experience with automated file transfers, benefit vendor integrations, and EIB tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, data-driven role
Strong skills in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint for data analysis and communication
Excellent attention to detail with strong project management and time management abilities
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
Clear and effective verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders
A team-oriented, customer-service mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
