Responsibilities
Managing the development and deployment of agent-facing educational materials supporting client’s full product portfolio and other priority topics
Ability to quickly understand processes and then operate independently within those procedures
Owning the initial review of deliverables to ensure they align with the creative campaign brief and messaging framework
Assisting with brand review with the internal creative agency and client review of educational resources such as webinars, emails, web pages, one pagers, etc. for sales agents
Assisting with compliance reviews in Aprimo for agent content pieces such as webinars, emails, web pages, one pagers, etc
Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal creative agency, legal and compliance teams, and business partners, representing our team and providing updates on progress of projects
Owning and managing timelines effectively to ensure deliverables launch in accordance with election period campaigns
Managing projects through project management software, updating progress as steps are completed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of Marketing experience
Experience in assisting with the development and deployment of marketing materials
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
Excellent project management skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar
Agency experience or in-house agency experience
Copy/creative editing experience
Healthcare insurance, regulatory, or compliance experience a major plus
