Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership for all civil construction operations
Oversee multiple large-scale civil projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead and mentor project executives, project managers, and field leadership
Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth and profitability
Collaborate with estimating and business development teams on pursuits and bids
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and public agencies
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in civil construction, including senior leadership roles
Strong background in heavy civil, infrastructure, roadway, utility, or similar projects
Proven experience managing large teams and complex project portfolios
Excellent financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills
Ability to operate at both executive and hands-on levels
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
