Key Account Manager
Confidential is supporting the U.S. market entry of a fast-growing global personal care brand. This role involves owning and growing key U.S. retail accounts, leading forecasting and promotional planning, and partnering cross-functionally to support new product launches and distribution expansion.

Responsibilities
Own and grow key U.S. retail accounts (specialty / mass-premium focus)
Lead forecasting, promotional planning, and account execution
Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and global teams
Support new SKU launches and distribution expansion
Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management or Account Management
Background in personal care, skincare, beauty, or FMCG
Experience working with U.S. retailers (e.g., specialty or mass-premium)
Comfortable owning numbers, planning, and execution
Builder mindset - adaptable, practical, and execution-focused
Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization
