Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in handling customer concerns and inquiries efficiently
Ability to remain organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is highly valued
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
