Responsibilities

Discovery and Validation : Proven ability to conduct thorough market and user research to uncover customer needs and pain points. Skilled in validating hypotheses through user testing, feedback, and data analysis to ensure product features align with real-world demands and deliver maximum value
Backlog Management : Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Defining Clear Requirements and Success Metrics : Ability to articulate detailed and unambiguous product requirements, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Establish and track success metrics to measure product performance and impact, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Prioritization and Trade-offs : Demonstrated ability to prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and resource constraints. Skilled in making informed trade-offs between competing priorities, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision, and effectively communicating decisions to stakeholders
Omni Channel Expertise: Ability to provide thought leadership with regards to Omni Channel solutions
Cross-functional Collaboration Lead the design and development of system capabilities that empower users and customers, aligning with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to meet business goals using technology
Client Centric Collaboration: Partner with design and research teams to understand client needs, manage rapid prototyping, and deliver an exceptional client experience
Agile and Waterfall Methodologies : Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies, to manage product development cycles
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Digital Marketing experience
E-Commerce experience
Product Management experience in Business to Business Platforms
Salesforce or SAP experience
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle
Strong prioritization skills
Expertise in omni-channel solutions
Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies
Exceptional problem-solving abilities

Preferred

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy
Desire to inspire a problem-first mindset
Experience leading Client Discovery on a regular basis
Previous experience working with B2B platforms
Working knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus
