Pregis is a leader in protective packaging, dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. They are seeking a Client Success Specialist to provide onsite technical support for packaging automation equipment, ensuring optimal performance and a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver daily onsite support for Pregis equipment - installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance

Collaborate with the customer to identify operational needs and proactively recommend improvements

Serve as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring our packaging systems align with customer KPIs and production goals

Train customer staff on equipment usage, routine maintenance, data collection, and safety procedures

Document all service work, updates, and recommendations clearly and promptly

Act as the communication bridge between the customer and Pregis Sales, technical product development engineering, and Client Success teams

Ensure all safety protocols are followed when working around equipment and moving machinery

Load packaging materials. Clear jams and perform quick adjustments. Replace consumables such as labels and tape

This position requires flexibility to support alternate shifts when needed

Required

Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a proactive, improvement-minded attitude

Hands-on mechanical or electromechanical experience with equipment or machinery

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration

Comfort with using digital tools like Microsoft Office or Teams

Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience (bachelor's degree preferred)

Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills
