Responsibilities

Manage all incoming calls with the finesse of a circus ringmaster
Greet, direct, and dazzle residents, staff, and visitors with your charm and helpfulness
Oversee distribution of mail and packages
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Tackle computer tasks, office work, and special projects assigned by the Office Coordinator or other Supervisors

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional office administration

Attention to detail and organizational capabilities

Preferred

Familiarity with office equipment and technology
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions

Flexibility to participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules
