Client Services Intern
Chapter is a high-end design-build company specializing in residential renovations. As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll support clients throughout different stages of their renovation journey, ensuring a positive and consistent experience while working closely with management and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Proactively check in with clients during different phases of their renovation
Gather feedback through calls, follow-ups, and structured questionnaires
Identify client concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Share clear, actionable feedback with internal teams and management
Support project closeouts by:
Calling clients at handover
Ensuring clients understand next steps, care instructions, and post-project expectations
Follow up with completed projects regarding:
Reviews, testimonials, and referrals
Assist with customer experience initiatives, referral programs, and promotions
Qualification
Required
A strong people person with excellent communication skills
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, email, and messaging
Organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented
Proactive and comfortable working directly with management and internal teams
Interested in customer experience, operations, and service excellence
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress), preferably in: Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Hospitality, or related fields
Psychology or behavioral-focused backgrounds are a strong plus
Strong verbal and written English skills
