Responsibilities

Deliver training programs for new advisors and teams, aligned with the Advisor Integration Manager’s 10-week acclimation program
Lead scheduled training sessions (live and virtual), host office hours, and answer day-to-day questions
Reinforce client experience standards during onboarding by embedding communication norms, responsiveness expectations, and other best practices into training sessions
Deliver periodic refresher trainings and engagement sessions to reinforce adoption and best practices ensuring advisors remain confident and consistent in using the firm’s technology and delivering exceptional client experiences
Host office hours and publish microlearning videos for quick, on-demand support
Coordinate with technology vendors to stay current on best practices, new features, and software updates. Translate these updates into actionable training and ensure timely communication and adoption across the firm
Provide ad hoc support by answering advisor and team questions as they arise, serving as the first point of contact for training-related inquiries and escalating complex issues to SMEs when necessary
Monitor usage and engagement trends to identify gaps and schedule targeted training interventions
Collaborate with technology owners to support the rollout of new tools and processes by delivering training and reinforcing adoption through education. Ensure advisors understand changes and how to apply them effectively
Enhance and formalize existing training materials in partnership with SMEs, creating standardized resources such as playbooks, guides, videos, recorded sessions, FAQs, and quick reference sheets
Ensure materials reflect best practices and incorporate client experience principles consistently
Own and maintain a SharePoint-based learning hub as a central location for training content
Ensure resources are well organized, version-controlled, and kept up-to-date
Continuously seek feedback from advisors and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
Refine training programs to enhance advisor experience, client experience, technology adoption, and overall efficiency
Use engagement trends and qualitative feedback to drive updates to content and delivery methods

Required

5+ years in advisor training, onboarding, or enablement within wealth management or financial services
Familiarity with RIA workflows and tech stack:
CRM: Salesforce FSC
Portfolio Management: Orion
Financial Planning: eMoney, Holistiplan, Wealth.com
Custodians: Schwab, Fidelity, etc
Other Tools: Paylocity, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Egnyte, Office Suite, Zocks, etc
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Experience managing content in SharePoint and creating video tutorials
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt—comfortable becoming proficient in new technology platforms and processes even if not currently an expert. A natural curiosity and love for learning is essential
Ability to work effectively with individuals at varying levels of technical sophistication, tailoring training and communication to meet diverse needs
Dedicated to improving advisor experience and client experience through thoughtful, impactful training programs
