Owning the month end close
Overseeing cost accounting activities including standard costing, WIP, BOMs, and inventory valuation
Managing and developing a small accounting team
Partnering cross functionally with operations and leadership to support planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
6+ years of progressive manufacturing (or manufacturing adjacent) accounting/finance experience
Exposure to cost accounting
Experience leading or developing accounting staff
Aptitude to learn
Intellectually curious professionals who want increased ownership today and long term advancement into broader finance leadership
