Executive Assistant - Facilities Management Platform
Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a PE-backed facilities management platform serving national retail clients. The team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two executives in the Paramus office, overseeing schedules, managing communications, and assisting with strategic projects.

Responsibilities
Oversee and streamline the executive’s schedule, organizing leadership meetings, investor communications, and client review sessions
Handle inbox management, prepare correspondence and meeting documents, and track completion of follow-up tasks
Arrange travel across nine locations, creating detailed itineraries and briefing materials, and manage expense reporting
Act as a professional liaison with clients, Board members, and internal teams
Assist with strategic projects, including M&A integration efforts and operational assessments, as organizational capabilities expand
Qualification
Required
Min. 2–4 years of experience in executive support, operations, consulting, or client-facing roles
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or professional services environments
Knowledge of multi-site operations or facilities management
Familiarity with productivity and analytics tools such as Notion or Power BI
