Responsibilities
Build, configure, and maintain Encompass settings, personas, business rules, workflows, and user permissions
Create custom input forms, templates, and automation rules that make our teams faster and more efficient
Manage all key integrations (credit, AUS, pricing, doc prep, e‑sign, CRM, compliance tools, and more)
Lead the full transition from LendingPad → Encompass with accuracy, stability, and minimal disruption
Partner with leadership, IT, and ICE MT teams on project design, testing, and rollout
Document SOPs and build a clean, scalable system from the ground up
Ensure all Encompass workflows meet federal, state, investor, and agency requirements
Maintain and enhance HMDA/TRID and FHA/VA reporting
Create dashboards and pipeline reporting for executives, operations, and sales
Provide expert‑level support across sales and operations teams
Develop training materials, SOPs, and conduct live training sessions
Proactively gather feedback to keep improving system performance and usability
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce cycle times
Stay current with Encompass updates, features, and automation best practices
Work with business leaders to align system capabilities with growth plans
Qualification
Required
Full‑time availability
Certified Encompass Administrator
2+ years of hands‑on Encompass administration experience
Strong understanding of mortgage origination, compliance, and operational workflows
Experience with personas, business rules, integrations, and form building
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and training skills
Preferred
Certified Encompass Developer
Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
Experience leading an LOS migration (especially LendingPad → Encompass)
ICE Mortgage Technology certifications
Background in mortgage ops, compliance, or secondary
Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, or scripting for advanced customization
