Oversee large and complex tax engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing high-level tax planning and consulting
Mentor and develop managers, senior associates, and associates
Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in networking events
Collaborate with partners on strategic initiatives and client growth
Read and agree to abide by the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct
Perform other tasks as directed by leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or EA license is required
8+ years of tax of significant public accounting experience
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, exceptional tax expertise and strategic advisory skills, and strong business development and client relationship management skills
