CNC Designer
Seneca Resources Company, LLC is known for building high-end, custom-designed yachts, emphasizing meticulous craftsmanship and client collaboration throughout the entire build process. They are seeking a CNC Designer / Programmer / Operator to join their Digital Design & Fabrication team, responsible for creating production-ready parts using CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery.

Responsibilities
Create 3D CAD files based on design input from supervisors and managers
Process and design assemblies using Rhino and/or SolidWorks
Program and operate CNC machines: C.R. Onsrud 3-axis & 5-axis routers to produce wood, composite, aluminum, and stainless-steel parts
Develop efficient and creative toolpaths to optimize material usage and machine capabilities
Maintain CNC equipment and follow preventative maintenance schedules
Collaborate with other with design and other departments to meet project needs and timelines
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of CAD/CAM and CNC machining experience
Proficiency in Rhino and MasterCAM (SolidWorks a plus)
Experience working with wood, composites, aluminum, and stainless steel
Strong understanding of 3-axis and 5-axis toolpaths and operations
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
Ability to read complex design data and work independently
