Partner Development Manager (Retention & Analytics)
Columbia Chamber is seeking a Partner Development Manager (Retention & Analytics) to support partner retention efforts through data analysis and performance reporting. This role focuses on monitoring retention performance, maintaining partner data integrity, and providing insights for partnership stability and growth.

Responsibilities
Monitor partner retention performance to support monthly and annual retention goals
Support retention efforts by reviewing data trends and partner feedback
Maintain coordinated communication efforts that reinforce the value of Chamber partnership
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of partner data across CRM and reporting systems
Prepare and update retention dashboards, performance reports, and forecasts for leadership review
Review partner engagement, renewal activity, and attrition trends to identify risks and opportunities
Prepare routine reports for the VP of Development to support planning and decision-making
Conduct data-based prospect and market research locally, regionally, and statewide
Coordinate with the Marketing Department to align retention insights with targeted campaigns and outreach efforts
Provide analytical and reporting support for sales and marketing initiatives
Support partner onboarding activities, employee presentations, and engagement touchpoints informed by partner lifecycle data
Coordinate partner site visits and engagement activities in collaboration with the Marketing Department, as assigned
Respond to partner requests and escalations using a solutions-focused, data-informed approach
Assist the VP of Development with CRM-related training, data standards, and reporting processes
Provide data and reporting support for budget planning, forecasting, and revenue analysis
Provide data and reporting support for the Chamber’s Diplomat and Partner Engagement programs
Attend networking and Chamber events as needed to support retention efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Three to five (3–5) years of experience in partner development, sales operations, analytics, customer success, or a related role
Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data to internal stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed professional
Availability to work occasional early mornings and evenings
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field
Prior experience supporting cross-functional teams or initiatives preferred
