Responsibilities
Lead and manage the offshore development team to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality output
Evaluate, interview, and hire offshore developers as needed
Actively participate in coding and set standards through best practices
Review code to ensure quality, security, and performance
Track development progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time
Align offshore development work with overall system architecture and technical goals
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in full-stack development
Strong hands-on experience with React.js (front end) and Java Spring Boot (back end)
Experience leading remote or offshore development teams
Solid knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with microservices and distributed systems
Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
Experience in healthcare pricing systems or related domains
