The CEO will provide strategic leadership to advance the mission of MPCA, oversee organizational operations, and ensure effective support for member health centers.

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Finance, including budgeting, financial analysis, and fiscal responsibility
Expertise in Operations Management, Business Planning, and organizational leadership
Experience in Strategic Planning and the ability to develop and implement effective long-term goals
Proven track record in Sales or partnership building to promote organizational goals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Experience in healthcare, policy advocacy, or nonprofit management is highly beneficial
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field is preferred
