Responsibilities
Map, Evaluate, and optimize business processes owned by Ecosystem Team which includes partnering across ADM functions
Identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements using data-driven insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead implementation of process enhancements
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and performance benchmarks
Oversee the acquisition, validation, and governance of datasets from diverse internal and external sources to ensure data quality and reliability
Drive exploratory and diagnostic analytics initiatives to reveal key patterns, trends, and root-cause insights that inform strategic direction
Deliver high-impact, actionable intelligence to senior stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
Lead the design and development of dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel to support strategic visibility and decision-making
Champion clear, impactful communication of complex analytical insights, tailoring messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization
Guide the automation and optimization of reporting workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and establishing scalable, repeatable processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
3 – 7 years proven experience in data analysis, process improvement, or business intelligence
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
Pro-active and self-started approach
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred
Experience with Power BI and Sharepoint a plus
