This role involves supporting and maintaining custom software applications in AWS and Windows environments, focusing on deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting application systems and embedded devices.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for custom applications running in AWS and Windows environments

Deploy, configure, and maintain software systems and embedded devices

Run SQL queries to generate reports and troubleshoot data-related issues

Troubleshoot system, application, and device-level issues across customer environments

Support platforms running on Linux, Windows, and RTOS-based systems

Work directly with customers to resolve technical issues and explain solutions clearly

Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions

Learn and support specialized POS and embedded technologies

Qualification

Required

Experience providing technical support for applications or systems (not just desktop IT support)

Hands-on experience with AWS and Windows environments

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with customers and communicating technical concepts clearly

Willingness to learn proprietary applications and platforms

Preferred

Experience with POS systems or payment terminals

Exposure to Linux or RTOS environments

Hardware or field system support experience

Background in supporting custom or enterprise applications
