T2S Solutions is seeking to hire a Senior Systems Administrator to support our Army customer at APG. The role involves managing servers, providing essential software support, and monitoring system configurations to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Unix or Windows networks/systems
Managing servers, which typically involves installing and upgrading the servers, as well as solving any kind of problems with the systems
Providing essential software support for laptops, desktops, personal computers, and printers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing network structures
Monitor the system configuration, including server event logs
Test operating system software, networks, and hardware
Monitor and develop server backup procedures

Required

Bachelors Degree, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline and Five (5) + years of experience (within the last 8 years)
Knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Unix or Windows networks/systems
Experience managing servers, including installs and upgrades, test, and troubleshoot
Providing the essential software support for the laptops, desktop personal computers, and printers, including the configuration of the hardware devices and software test
Monitoring the system configuration, including the server event log
Testing operating system software
