Audio Visual Technician / IT Support
Prosum is seeking a Customer Support Technician I to provide first-line technical support to users. This role involves assisting with hardware, software, network, and account issues while ensuring a positive end-user experience.

Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with account setup, password resets, and general troubleshooting
Document and track all customer interactions and solutions in the help desk system
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or appropriate departments
Support new hire onboarding and offboarding, including user account management via MS Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange Online
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience troubleshooting Mac, PC, and iPhone devices
Familiarity with Office 365 services (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with cloud storage solutions such as Dropbox, SharePoint/OneDrive, or Box
Preferred
Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
