Responsibilities
Install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP communication systems and equipment
Complete assigned work orders with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Travel to and from customer locations within a designated geographic area to perform installations and repairs
Use a laptop and various software applications to manage work orders and documentation
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related electrical field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of technical aptitude
Experience working with Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
