Responsibilities
Process Release of Information (ROI) requests in compliance with HIPAA, company, and client policies
Review and fulfill medical record requests accurately and timely
Handle subpoenas and legal requests as applicable
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient health information
Utilize EMR systems to retrieve and process records
Communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred
Prior ROI processing experience
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of subpoenas and legal medical record requests
