Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and support a high‑performing sales support team
Translate leadership direction into clear, actionable initiatives and process improvements
Provide territory reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and manage escalations to ensure high-quality customer responses
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales leaders to deliver customer updates and broker feedback
Enhance SOPs, drive strategic planning, and track productivity and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years in customer service including direct leadership experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience driving operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Account management experience
