Human Resources Administrative Assistant
PrincePerelson and Associates is seeking a dedicated and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to join their Human Resources team. This role involves providing support within the HR department, assisting with various projects and activities, and ensuring a supportive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Support HR programs and procedures across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and reference checks
Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and reconciliation of invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
Maintain HR records, employee files, directories, and organizational charts in compliance with company policies
Coordinate employee meetings, events, and initiatives, and provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Manage company transportation system and assist with research, reporting, and recordkeeping
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
2+ years of HR experience
Knowledge of HRIS systems and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred
Payroll experience is a plus
