Paid Media Analyst
Saltbox Solutions is a B2B-focused digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering top-notch PPC and SEO/GEO services for clients. The Paid Media Analyst will manage and optimize client PPC accounts, analyze results, and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Own client paid media accounts and relationships - You’ll work directly with clients and take a proactive approach to managing/optimizing campaigns. Develop the strategy, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads. Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Ads is a big plus!
Analyze results - Regularly review data and measure results, making strategic campaign strategy decisions along with bidding and budget adjustments based on client KPIs and performance goals
Client collaboration – Build strong relationships, clearly communicate strategies and results, and serve as a trusted advisor
Team collaboration – Work closely with SEO, analytics, and PPC teammates to create integrated marketing approaches
Continuous learning – Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and best practices - and share those insights internally (we’re a team of marketers who love to learn)
Optimization & reporting – Monitor performance, uncover opportunities, and clearly communicate results and next steps
Qualification
Required
1-2 years hands-on PPC experience with Google Ads required
Agency or similar client experience required
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or Google Sheets and Documents)
Experience with Google Analytics (GA-4)
BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Strategic thinking - you can connect the dots between campaigns, marketing strategy, and business outcomes
Analytical mindset with strong optimization skills
Clear, empathetic communicator (with both clients and internal teams)
Curious – you stay up to date on PPC and marketing changes, and enjoy sharing your findings
Collaborative – you like working as part of a team and making things better together
Proactive – you bring ideas to the table and are motivated to improve results and processes
Preferred
LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads experience strongly preferred
Landing page creation experience with Unbounce or LeadPages is a plus
Google Ads / Microsoft Ads certification a plus
