Responsibilities
Manages resources, schedules, financials and adhere to project management internal control guidelines throughout the full systems life cycle
Conducts project meetings and provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Provides analytical guidance and provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
Develops and recommends budgeting, cost controls, planning, scheduling, and procedural changes
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Leadership - Ability to attract and mobilize energies and talents; to work towards a shared purpose in the best interests of the organization, the people comprising it and the people it serves

Project Management - Ability to coordinate the diverse components of the project by quality project planning, execution and change control to achieve required balance of time, cost and quality
Bachelor's Degree degree in Business Administration or related field is required
Preferred
Marketing and communications background strongly preferred
PMP is preferred
